Is it me or does summer make you just want to eat healthier food?
With summer being in full swing, I find myself eating more and more berries for breakfast.
So here's another one that's super easy, healthy but still has a pack load of flavour goodness.
What you need:
•berries of your choice (I chose strawberries and blueberries)
1.) Toast the oats for 5-8 minutes under the grill making sure you keep an eye on them and mixing it around to get it all toasted.
2.) Cut your berries and place them in your serving bowl.
3.) Chop your hazelnuts and add to the bowl.
4.) Finally add the oats and mix all together with a spoon.
5.) Serve with yogurt and dash of honey for natural sweetness.
So easy right? Have it along with your favourite fruit tea for an all around happy morning.
